2023-2024 School Year
Izzadeen Academy is excited to offer Pre-K & Kindergarten (KG), Elementary, Middle School & High School (1st to 12th Grade) classes for the school year of 2023-2024.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Visit our school or simply download an application form for your child. Admission application must be fully completed and submitted with all the required documents.
- 1. Admission form: Complete the registration form in full and provide all documents, as outlined provided in the application package and pay the registration fee, prior to the student's testing for admission. The application package material for prospective students can be obtained at the school or downloaded from the IA website.
- 2. Acceptance letter/Email: Upon acceptance, an official admissions letter or email will be sent to the parents.
Non-Discrimination Policy and Statement
Izzadeen Academy welcomes students of any race, gender, color, religion (creed), ethnicity, national origin (ancestry) and grants them all the rights, privileges, programs and operations available at the school that entails its educational policies, scholarship or loan administration and athletic or other school related programs. Izzadeen Academy does not discriminate on the basis of marital status, disability or military status to school activities which encompass admitting students, hiring staff, selecting volunteers, clients, vendors and (sub) contractors
Currently, Izzadeen Academy may not admit students with special needs or who exhibit severe or specific learning disabilities (ESL/ESE/McKay Scholarship eligible) due to the absence of specialized and accommodating facilities and programs.All students are on academic and socio-behavioral probation for their first full marking period. As a result of academic and/or disciplinary reasons, the individual may be grade level demoted or dismissed from the Academy at any time at the professional discretion of Izzadeen Academy.
Pre-K - 12th GRADE ADMISSION
* The documents required are listed on the application form. They must be submitted with the admission form. Application without documents and registration fee will not be accepted. *
Upon submission of the above-required documents for new enrollment, new student's applying for Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade are expected to attend a pre-admission conference accompanied by their parents in the presence of the Izzadeen Academy academic team (Principal and/or staff) followed by a student pre-admission testing/ evaluation to determine admission and grade placement.
